Because our services may involve customized strategies, creative work, research, and time-based commitments, refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and the progress of the project.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Clients may request a refund if a service has not yet started or if specific refund terms have been agreed upon in writing.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually, considering the service purchased, work completed, project progress, and any applicable agreement.

Once work has started, refunds may be limited to the portion of the service that has not been delivered, where applicable and permitted by law.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds may not be available for:

• Services that have already been completed and delivered.

• Custom designs, content, strategies, or other work approved by the client.

• SEO research, campaign setup, or other work already performed.

• Advertising budgets paid directly to advertising platforms, such as Meta or Google.

• Third-party expenses, software subscriptions, domain registrations, hosting, or other costs that cannot be recovered.

• Delays or results affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including platform policies, algorithm changes, or market conditions.

These limitations do not affect any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Project Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel a project by contacting us in writing.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be available, subject to any agreed terms and non-recoverable costs.

If work has already started, the client may be responsible for payment for the work completed and any approved expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

Any remaining eligible balance will be assessed for a refund in accordance with the project agreement and applicable law.

5. Monthly Marketing Plans

For monthly digital marketing or social media management plans, clients may request cancellation before the next billing cycle.
